Delta 8 is an analogue of Delta 9 THC. Both cannabinoids share a similar name, chemical structure. The only difference between the two compounds that occur naturally in the hemp plant is the location of a double bond. The presence of a double bond at different carbon atoms shapes different effects of both isomers. The two share many similar properties.
