WHAT IS THC-A?
THC-A, short for tetrahydrocannabinolic-acid, is one of many different phyto-cannabinoids that are found in hemp plants and raw cannabis. THC-A does not deliver any type of euphoric effects when ingested raw. THC-A converts into THC when exposed to heat (also called decarboxylation), whether it’s by burning, vaping or baking. This will ensure proper attachment to CB1 and CB2 receptors in the brain and body and will provide the chill effects THC is known to offer. It also transforms when aged or exposed to light for long periods of time. THC-A is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid until converted to THC.
DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THC. Please check local and state laws before purchasing.
HOW IS IT LEGAL?
THC-A is a legal product with less than .3% THC in the total weight. Production of American grown hemp THC-A flower is legal under the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill. It is not a federally banned substance as the Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill) legally authorized the removal of hemp plants and seeds from the Drug Enforcement Administration schedule of controlled substances. Buy at your own risk; we are not responsible for the hemp product being confiscated, you being arrested or fined for having the flower in your possession.
