Astria Farm Beans Rewards Program Policy
The Beans Rewards Program is a customer loyalty initiative offered by Astria Farm to provide incentives for continued engagement and purchases. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Enrollment
Customers may enroll in the Beans Rewards Program by registering for an account at astriafarm.com. Upon successful registration, new members will receive a one-time reward of 300 Beans.

Earning Rewards (Beans)
Beans are accrued through the following qualified activities:

Purchases:
Earn 5 Beans per $1 USD spent on eligible purchases, excluding tax and shipping. Points are applied once the order is fulfilled.

Second Purchase Bonus:
Customers will receive double points (10 Beans per $1 USD) on their second order placed within 120 days of their initial purchase.

Birthday Reward:
A 500-Bean reward will be issued on the customer’s birthday, provided the date is entered in the account profile and the account remains active.

Referrals:
Referring customers will receive 300 Beans after the referred individual completes their first purchase. The referred party will receive 500 Beans upon accepting the invitation and placing an order.

Instagram Engagement:
Following Astria Farm on Instagram qualifies for a one-time reward of 100 Beans.

Product Reviews:
Customers may earn 200 Beans per product review, subject to the following conditions:

Reviews must pertain to products personally purchased and used.

Reviews must be submitted from the same account used to place the order.

A maximum of 2 reviews per day is permitted.

Submissions exceeding this limit or failing to meet criteria may result in removal of points and restriction from further participation in the program.

Point Expiration
All Beans earned through the program will expire 365 days from the date of issuance if unused.

Redemption
Beans may be redeemed during checkout for eligible discounts or promotional offers. Redemption options are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Program Abuse and Termination
Astria Farm reserves the right to monitor account activity and audit participation to ensure compliance with this policy. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate program access, revoke accrued points, or take other corrective action in the event of:

Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse

Misrepresentation of purchase history or reviews

Creation of multiple accounts to exploit program benefits

Any other actions deemed to undermine the integrity of the program

Modifications
Astria Farm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beans Rewards Program or its terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates to the program policy.
