All products contain less than 0.3% hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill
HOW IS IT LEGAL?
THC-A is a legal product with less than 0.3% THC by total weight. The production of American-grown hemp THC-A flower is legal under the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill. It is not a federally banned substance, as the Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill) legally authorized the removal of hemp plants and seeds from the Drug Enforcement Administration’s schedule of controlled substances. Buy at your own risk; we are not responsible for hemp products being confiscated, or for any legal consequences including arrest or fines related to possession.

Great product, is as advertised. This is another strain that transferred over well to THCa. Look forward to more strains of this quality from Astria Farms in the future.
